Trexx meets a fellow Boxing Buddy, B.B.

Trexx the Turtle was very excited to attend the 3rd Annual Gotta' Box! Have you Hurd?! letterboxing event May 31st at Hurd State Park in East Hampton, CT.

Here he got to meet Boxing Buddy, B.B. and Purple Penguin (the unstuffed one). So much fun! Thanks Kit Kat 61 for the photos.

Trexx visits with Team New Hampshire's youngest members and their boxing buddies, Hunter and Hamlet.

Trexx felt like a celebrity with all the helpful hands to carry him down the trail!Always nice to have someone carry you on your back like a Turtle Shell.

Trexx meets Great Connecticut boxers, Rubaduc and Gizz

Trexx is not keen on cold weather letterboxing being a cold-blooded turtle, but he was excited about getting back out on the trails and meeting the amazing, Gizz and Rubaduc. (I did have to twist their arms to get them to take the picture; what troopers!)

Trexx gets new hiking boots

I know it's frowned upon to take candy from a baby, but what about hiking boots? Check out Presto! (in the green stripes) fancy hiking boots. He's already trying to get mine. Q Bee (in the red) is opting for more fancy footwear...maybe later.

What do you think? I never liked having Build-a-Bear imprinted across my boots. I am not a bear, indeed!

Trexx makes his way to New England

Trexx finally admits to his private relationship to Marjorie at the New England Scrap Meet event on March 6th when they openly are seen together.

Trexx meets the newest boxer Q Bee

Travel'n Turtle's littlest boxer, Q Bee is just 2 months old and still smaller than a letterboxing buddy turtle! We're going to have to see if those turtle clothes fit him next.

Q Bee's name was chosen by his big sister, Laney Bug, who thought there needed to be another insect in the family. He has helped locate over 20 letterboxes, 10 for each month of his life; wish we could all boast that record!

Trexx goes to the DUMMB event

Trexx was very excited to get to go to Marysville, Ohio to the DUMMB event and meet some young boxers. Pictured with him here are The Vogt Family's Fairy Queen and Toot Toot. Such nice young boxers!
